Prices shown on our website include VAT but they do not include delivery fee which adds to the total amount of your order automatically. (Delivery fee is 2.400 HUF inside the area of Budapest, for further destination see „Price of delivery” )
The price of each item includes gift wrapping and a gift card on which you can add your personal text during the order. We regard your order confidentially.

As our employees make unique bouquets variations are possible therefore FLEURT reserves the right of change. Considering that flowers are fresh daily products, some components of the bouquet or composition you ordered might not be in stock. In this case substitution of components is permissible but we guarantee that you will get a bouquet very similar to the chosen one in style, form, value and assortments of flowers.
In case you insist on an exact type or colour of flower, please let us know and place your order minimum 3 days in advance of the time of delivery.
If you cannot find an exact type of flower you have in mind, please contact us via e-mail or telephone.

Money transfer by post: please note we only deliver the order after having received the amount or a verification of the transfer already being in progress via e-mail.

After placing your order, the system sends an automatic confirmation e-mail. This e-mail is not a contract between customer and vendor, but merely means your order has been registered and forwarded to the employees of FLEURT.
Order Cancellation Policy:
FLEURT does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance of the order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described above or, if earlier, within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date or within the seven (7) days prior to Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Women’s day or Mother’s Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).
In case you cancel your order 24 hours prior to delivery, we give back 50% of the amount. Ordering Products and Services You must be 18 years or older, and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order for products or services through our site.
When agreed on retransferring the amount already paid via Simple, FLEURT will deduct a 3% as transfer fee.
Returning the product is possible only if the vendor and the customer has agreed in advance.
If the product is damaged, -and it is proven to have happened before handover- please send it back to us and we replace it immediately on our own expense.
The customer can legitimately request the change of bouquet or the price back in case the returning is accepted by the vendor.
We cannot take the responsibility for other compensations.
Complaint after delivering and having received the product is not possible.
The parties aim for common agreement. In lack of common agreement the paties should accept Pesti Kerületi Bíróság (Regional Court of Pest) as the court of competent jurisdiction.
Terms of delivery:
FLEURT Tend Kft. is in charge of delivering the ordered bouquets and gifts. Delivery means taking the goods to the recipient within determined time.
We deliver every day from 9 to 21 hr. In case you would like your order to be delivered during an earlier or later time of day, please contact us.
Please make sure the recipient is at home at the time of delivery
When delivering to a workplace, please give name of company.
Please give us your phone number so we can contact you in case of complications.
Products that can be ordered express are to be delivered within two hours. In case vendor is unable to complete delivery within the given time range, vendor is obliged to inform customer immediately and discuss another time of delivery. If the information given by the customer is not correct or is non-existing the vendor cannot be blamed for not delivering the ordered product.
A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accepts the delivery
On Valentine's day, International women's day and Mother's day we cannot guarantee "express" deliveries, only that the package will be delivered in 4 hours of given interval.
FLEURT is not responsible for:
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Flowers, plants, chocolate, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
If such a hindering factor occurs, the vendor will inform the customer and discuss the following:
We contact customer to determine whether we can leave the product with someone else on the address.
We bring it back to our shop and contact the recipient to pick it up.
We deliver it again after receiving the payment of another delivery fee, but only in maximum 72 hours after the original delivery date, due to the perishable nature of cut flowers. After 72 hours the customer has to pay the full price of the product again as well as the extra delivery fee.
