1. Shopping
Our flower and gift categories are listed on the left hand side of FLEURT’s home page. Click the categories to browse from the products. For a quick choice choose from our most popular bouquets and gifts from the gallery below. Using “multiple search” you can narrow your search for a particular flower within a required price range.
Minimum order amount is 10.000 HUF.
The selected product can be ordered by pressing the “Add to cart” ico
You can view the details of your purchase on the right side at the top by clicking the basket thumbnail or clicking at the purple “basket” icon.
2. Summary
Now, please check the content of your basket, if you need you can make modifications here. Please enter your Coupon code, if you have one.
Now you can either return to the store and continue shopping or if the details are correct and you wish to pay, please press the “Next” button.
3. Login
Now you are at the log in phase.
If this is your first purchase at FLEURT’s webshop, please register in the following way: “I'M NOT REGISTERED” under this title, please enter your email address and confirm it by clicking the “Create your account” button.
Under the “Create your account” menu you can fill in your personal details, pick a password and register for our newsletter, if you wish.
If you are a returning customer, please enter your username and password under the next title: “I AM REGISTERED”
You can also get here by clicking on the “Log in” menu at the top of the page.
In this menu you can add the details of the recipient whom the flowers and gifts will be delivered to.
In case there is a problem with the delivery, we will contact you first of all, so please enter your phone number! However, if we cannot reach you, unless instructed otherwise we will try to contact the recipient, so please fill in the phone number of the recipient, too. At the Comment section you can give any specific instruction which would be useful for us to find the recipient. Short address: save input for the future by naming the address. This way next time you use our service it will be enough to recall the entire address by typing in only the short name.
Pressing “Registration” or “Next” button at the foot of the page you can proceed.
4. Address
Please enter the required details of the recipient: recipient’s name, address, phone number and - if it is necessary - attach a comment to your order. It is also possible to claim a VAT invoice.
5. Shipping
Choose a delivery method: you can choose to pick up your order personally in our shops or you can request a delivery.
Delivery service is 3.200- HUF anywhere within the city of Budapest. For prices outside Budapest please check the Shipping rates calculator that you can find next to the product, or under the Terms of Service menu.
Please, select the date and time of the delivery from the calendar!
Tick the box if you want to attach a free gift card to your order.
Finally, please read and approve the Terms of Service and proceed by clicking the “Next” button!
6. Payment
At the “Payment” section you can select to pay by credit card, by bank transfer or by cash in our shops personally.
Choose the safe system of Simple if you want to pay by credit card. The transaction will be handled by Simple, on Simple’s site, unseen by the employees of FLEURT. After payment you can return to our store.
Bank wire transfer: if you choose this method of payment, please be aware: we can only deliver your order after the amount is received by our bank or if you send the confirmation of the bank transfer to our email address: fleurt@fleurt.hu. After you press “I confirm my order” you can get all the information of your transfer at the “Payment” section.
Personal pick up: Your order can be picked up and payed in person in our shop: Pest, 1051 Budapest, 12 Zrínyi street. Please confirm your order by clicking the “Confirm Order” button.
7. After ordering
Our staff will be notified about your order immediately, which will be then confirmed to you within a very short time. If there is any complication we will contact you. A copy of your order will be sent to you directly by our webshop.
